Held in Nature: Creative Wellbeing Groups

Creative therapeutic groups, rooted in nature

A space to be held, not fixed. Small groups, outdoors, using creativity and connection with the natural world to process what’s hard to put into words — grief, change, the weight women often carry quietly.

Led by Josie, an integrative psychotherapist and the founder of Living Nature, drawing on years of therapeutic practice alongside a deep belief that nature itself is part of what heals us.

This isn’t formal therapy, and it isn’t a fix-it workshop. It’s slower than that — creative, held, unhurried. What happens in the group stays in the group.

We’re currently seeking funding to run this properly, and hope to pilot it before long. If this is something you’d want to be part of, register your interest below — it costs nothing, and it helps us make the case for funding when we apply.

Partnerships & Bespoke Groups

Living Nature also works with schools, charities and community organisations to design and facilitate therapeutic groups tailored to the needs of their communities.

Examples include:

• small group creative therapy for children in schools
• therapeutic wellbeing groups for young people
• arts- and nature-based programmes for specific community groups

If you are an organisation interested in co-creating a therapeutic group or wellbeing programme, we would love to hear from you.
