Ground & Gather

When we slow down together, something shifts.

A space to slow down, feel held, and reconnect — with nature, with others, and with yourself

No agenda. No performance. No pressure to arrive already feeling okay. Just an honest, outdoor gathering where you’re welcome exactly as you are — grounded in nature, held by community.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A grounding arrival — a simple check-in and breathwork to settle and arrive together

Movement in nature — a gentle walk, a mindful exercise, or just time to be in the space

Creative reflection — sketching, journalling, or making something with natural materials

Honest conversation — a safe, non-judgmental space to share or simply listen

Quiet time — space to just be, without having to do anything with it

WHO COMES?

You don’t need any experience of mindfulness, nature, or wellbeing practices. You just need to be willing to arrive.

WHY THE NAME?

We ground through nature and movement. We gather in community. That’s it. That’s everything.

FAQs – Ground & Gather

Do I need any experience to join?

None at all. Everything is gentle, accessible, and suitable for complete beginners.

What should I bring?

Just yourself! You might want to bring a journal, something to sit on, and weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor sessions. We’ll provide everything else.

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Absolutely. Ground & Gather is open to anyone who’d benefit from a little more calm and connection.

Are children welcome?

Some events are adults-only, while others are open to families and older teens. Please check the event details or ask us if you’re unsure.

What if I’m feeling anxious or shy?

You’re not alone—many people feel this way at first. There’s no pressure to speak or participate in any way that feels uncomfortable. You’re welcome to just listen and be present.

Can I help or volunteer?

Yes! We welcome volunteers to help with setup, refreshments, or creative activities. Get in touch if you’d like to support the circles.

How do I book, and what does it cost?

See our Events & Bookings page for dates and prices. We offer sliding scale and pay-it-forward options.
